This Privacy Policy explains how CasinoComm ("CasinoComm", "we") handles personal data. It covers our marketing website and our platform. Our processing of your players' data as your processor is governed by the Data Processing Agreement.
Controller vs processor
- We are the controller of: your account and contact details, billing data, marketing-site enquiries, and security/usage logs.
- We are the processor of: the player personal data your casino uploads or generates in the Service — that data belongs to you as controller, and we only process it to provide the Service (see the DPA).
What we collect (as controller)
- Account: name, email, casino name, role.
- Billing: handled by Stripe; we store identifiers and subscription status, not full card numbers.
- Marketing site: if you submit a free-guide form, your email and the guide requested. The marketing site uses no tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
- Security/usage: logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
Why, and lawful basis
- To provide and bill for the Service — performance of contract.
- To send transactional and security messages — legitimate interests / contract.
- To send marketing guides and updates — your consent (you can unsubscribe anytime). We never sell your data.
- To secure and improve the Service — legitimate interests.
Subprocessors
We use Neon (database), Railway (hosting), Clerk (auth), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and Meta/WhatsApp (message delivery). See the DPA for detail.
International transfers
Some providers process data outside the EEA/UK; where so, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Player data requests should go via the casino as controller; we assist. Contact privacy@casinocomm.net. You may also complain to your data-protection authority (in Ireland, the Data Protection Commission).
