Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated 4 June 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") forms part of the Terms of Service. It exists to keep messaging lawful and platforms healthy. Breach of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination.

Consent — required, always

  • You may only message recipients who have given valid, recorded consent to be contacted by you on the relevant channel.
  • You must be able to evidence when and how each recipient consented.
  • You must not message purchased, rented, scraped, or otherwise non-consented lists. Uploading a contact list is not, by itself, consent.

Opt-out

  • You must honour opt-out requests (including STOP keywords) immediately and permanently.
  • You must not message anyone who has opted out.

Gambling-specific duties

  • You must never message, or allow opt-in for, a self-excluded person.
  • You must comply with all applicable responsible-gambling, advertising, and licensing rules in every jurisdiction you target.
  • You must include any legally required responsible-gambling messaging in your communications.

Platform compliance

You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party messaging platform you connect (including WhatsApp/Meta). You must not use the Service to circumvent platform safety controls, and you accept that platforms may restrict or ban numbers.

Prohibited content and behaviour

  • No unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or harmful content.
  • No messaging minors or vulnerable persons in breach of law.
  • No attempting to disable, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.
CasinoComm provides safety features (consent gating, opt-out handling, self-exclusion, paced sending), but compliance is ultimately your responsibility as the controller and sender.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected breaches and may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this AUP, with or without notice where necessary to protect recipients, the platform, or the Service.
